Holmes, Jr.|Although Lawrence Tribe is reputed to be a great constitutional scholar, his book feels as though it was written to generate royalties. With only 211 pages, it somehow feels interminable. The first 60 pages are all introduction where he keeps saying, "This book is about..." and "This book will explain..." without ever seeming to get| ||"A number of sharp and provocative ideas... While many law-review articles have covered the same territory, Tribe lends a unique breadth of knowledge... this stands as one of the most learned and widest-ranging studies of the limitations involved in rendering
